Flood Watch: Heavy rains may cause inland flooding. Rainfall amounts of 1.5 to 3 inches across northeastern CT and anywhere from 2 to 6 inches elsewhere.

Coastal Flood Warning: Storm surge is forecast to cause coastal flooding as water rises to levels that are HIGHER than Irene was.

Hurricane Force Wind Warning: Winds of 40 to 55 knots with gusts to 70 knots.
