CT Snow Totals 11/7 to 11/8

The first snow storm of the season affected the state yesterday into this morning!

The final snowfall totals were quite amazing! The original forecast  predicted 1 to 3” but in the end, totals were between 9 and 13.5” in Central New Haven County! New Haven had 9, while Clintonville had 13.5.

In the Northwest Hills area totals were between 4 in Litchfield and 5 in Norfolk.

In Fairfield County the totals were between 5 and 10”, with Bridgeport setting a record for the most snow in November at 8”!

In the Greater Hartford, the range was 2.5” at Bradley Airport, with up to 8” in Manchester and Ashford.

The least amount of snow fell in Southeast C.T. where just a trace fell at New London to about 3” in Norwich.
