After growing up in the “quiet corner” of northeastern Connecticut, Quincy moved to the western part of the state to study Meteorology. He is a graduate of Western Connecticut State University (WCSU) and has a B.S. in Operational Meteorology and Weather-casting.

While away from work, Quincy likes to spend as much time outdoors as possible. Aside from photography, he also enjoys walking, hiking, jogging, going to the beach, playing golf, tennis and other outdoor sports.
