Ingredients used in Prime Rib recipe:

  • 1.5 tsps kosher salt
  • 1 tsp ground pepper (coarsely)
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 6 lbs rib roast (prime, 3 ribs)
  • 1 rosemary sprigs
  • Red Wine
