Laurelton Hall Lockdown Lifted

MILFORD, Conn. (WTNH) — Laurelton Hall and Harborside Middle School are no longer on precautionary “lock-in.”

The schools were put on “lock-in” earlier today after police stopped a vehicle occupied by someone with outstanding arrest warrants and the person fled on foot in the direction towards the school.

Police notified schools and staff strictly as a precaution, but they did not locate the person they were looking for. They suspect the person managed to leave the area either by train or other means.
