New Haven’s Fourth Homicide

NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH)– We’re learning more about the family of the victim of New Haven’s most recent shooting, which left 22-year-old Kyle Edwards dead.

According to the New Haven Register, Edwards lost his older brother back in 1997 when he was shot and killed just a block away from where he was shot on Tuesday night.

Police found Edwards on the first-floor hallway of his home at 31 Kossuth St, with a gunshot wound to his head. He was rushed to Yale-New Haven Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Police are still searching for the killer.
