GROTON, Conn. (WTNH) — Snow is turning to freezing rain in New London county and News 8′s Tina Detelj is on the shores with the latest.
In southeastern Connecticut it is not just hat weather, it is also hood weather and that is because began to rain once the snow came to an end.
Right now I am soaking wet right, but let’s take a look at some of the snow that did accumulate.
On the ground there are a few inches of snow, but in the road behind me almost everything has turned into slush.
It may be slushy now, but it could soon become slippery as it begins to freeze over.
