Voice of the People: Feb. 17, 2014

WTNH– Governor Malloy sits down with the new president of Metro-North to discuss ways to improve service. Plus, more snow on the way and still some cities and towns are dealing with a salt shortage. These are just two topics on some of your minds in tonight’s voice of the people.

“I’d like to comment on Metro-North. The service really has gone downhill, the prices have gone up. The governor needs to do something….maybe price freezes until we get better service. Right now the train is a joke,” said Pam, Milford.

“I want to know why the governor doesn’t take the $55 he wants to give to all the voters next year and just buy enough salt for next year instead of having a catastrophe every time something like this happens,” said Jimmy, Waterford.
