BRIDGEPORT, Conn. (WTNH)– There’s an update on the dog in Bridgeport that some worried was being abused because he was kept in an outside kennel, even in the below freezing temperatures.
Police tell News 8 animal control officers visited the home 15 times in the past weeks.
They say the owner has now licensed the dog and has agreed to bring him inside.
The family is also talking with a trainer, who has agreed to help.
Police said they will also continue to watch things.
