Tickets open to public for President Obama’s CCSU visit

NEW BRITAIN, Conn. (WTNH) – Starting Tuesday afternoon, the public will be able to pick up tickets to attend President Obama’s visit to Central Connecticut State University on Wednesday.

Tickets for President Obama’s visit will be distributed at no charge on Tuesday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the university’s Detrick Gymnasium in Kaiser Hall.

A limited number of tickets to the Raise the Wage event are available, so they will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Only one ticket will be given per person.

The event with President Obama will be held in the Detrick Gymnasium at Kaiser Hall. The doors will open at 11:30 a.m. and the event will begin at 2:40 p.m.
