(WTNH) – More than a million people are expected to pack the streets of New York City today for the annual St. Patrick’s Day parade. But it’s who won’t be there that’s drawing attention. Beer-maker Guinness announced it was dropping its sponsorship of the parade. Heineken said it’s pulling its support. Mayor Bill De Blasio will also be boycotting today’s parade.
