WATERFORD, Conn. (WTNH)– Waterford police took action Wednesday, after receiving a traffic complaint from a 7-year-old boy.

Police say 7-year-old Isaiah McLoughlin wrote them a letter that said drivers were speeding on his road while he waited for the bus.

An officer working on patrol Tuesday evening went to McLoughlin’s house and took his complaint.

Police then arranged for officers to conduct speed controls starting Wednesday on the road where the boy lives.
