BRIDGEPORT, Conn. (WTNH)– A 24-year-old man was arrested for graphically touching himself at the library on the University of Bridgeport’s campus, Tuesday.
Police say a security officer reported several incidents where a man, later identified as Jeremy Lee Wilson, of Bridgeport, exposed and touched himself in front of females in the library.
On Tuesday, a female security officer dressed in plain clothes and encountered Wilson in one of the library’s book aisles. There she said he started to rub himself through his pants while following her as she walked away.
Wilson fled after she radioed for other officers. Security officers then followed Wilson, who was driving a Dodge Caravan.
After they provided a license plate number, police went to Wilson’s home where the Dodge Caravan was parked in the driveway. Wilson was arrested after UB employees confirmed he was the man who was touching himself.
Wilson was charged with criminal trespass, disorderly conduct and public indecency.
Wilson told police that he had also done this before on the campus.
