HARTFORD, Conn. (WTNH)– A West Hartford man was charged with sexual assault Monday, after allegedly luring a woman in with the promise of helping her with citizenship.
Police say 66-year-old Nghi Le allegedly lured an adult woman to The Connecticut Coalition of Mutual Assistance at 143 Madison Avenue, under the belief that he would help her with citizenship.
Le offered the victim his services in exchange for sex. He then allegedly sexually assaulted her and unlawfully restrained her afterwards, police said.
Le was charged with sexual assault and unlawful restraint.
Police believe if these allegations prove to be true, there may be other victims that still may come forward.
