Recipes:

Blueberry Muffin Smoothie

  •         3/4 cup of frozen blueberries
  •         1 cup of almond milk
  •         1/4 cup of rolled oats, uncooked
  •         1 serving of vanilla protein powder
  •         2 tbsp of ground flax seed
  •         1/2 tsp of nutmeg
  •         1 tsp of ground cinnamon

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend to desired consistency 

PB&J Smoothie

  •          1/2 banana, frozen
  •         1 tbsp. of raspberry jam
  •         2 tbsp. of PB2, regular PB will work too nutritional value will change
  •         1 cup of vanilla almond milk
  •         1 cup of frozen spinach

 

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smoothie consistency is reached

 

Tart Cherry Recovery Smoothie

  • 1/2 cup of 100% cherry juice
  • 1/2 cup chopped pineapple
  • 1/2 cup of cherries
  • 1/2 cup of coconut water
  • 1 cup of fresh spinach
