Trinity taps Katie Couric as commencement speaker

HARTFORD, Conn (WTNH)- Trinity College has announced their commencement speaker for this year’s graduation.

Award-winning journalist Katie Couric will speak at Trinity’s 188th commencement ceremony, on Sunday, May 18.

Couric recently became Yahoo’s first global anchor, where she also helps develop Yahoo News’s coverage.

Previously Couric has worked for ABC News, NBC News and CBS.
