Armed Robbery at Gas Station

WALLINGFORD, Conn. (WTNH) – Police are looking for the people who held a gas station attendant at gunpoint Sunday evening.

It happened at The Pit Stop Gas Station & Convenience Store on Woodhouse Avenue just before 11pm.

Police say the suspects took cigarettes from behind the counter and an undisclosed amount of cash from the register, before taking off in a dark colored four-door sedan.

The station attendant was not injured during the robbery.
