Breast Cancer Survivors get ready for the RACE IN THE PARK

WTNH News 8 is honored to once again support the Connecticut Breast Health Initiative (CTBHI) CT RACE IN THE PARK.  The RACE will be on held on May 10th at New Britain’s historic Walnut Hill Park.  Each year, thousands join the RACE Day events to honor survivors, remember loved ones, celebrate life and most importantly, raise vital funds for the fight against breast cancer in Connecticut.

CTBHI has focused all of its considerable energy and resources on education and research, funding forward thinking programs that have yet to qualify for federal grants. It’s happening where it matters most – right here at home.

For more information on grant recipients please visit here.
