NEW CANAAN, Conn. (WTNH) — Police in New Canaan have identified and arrested four of the five suspects in the 2013 robbery at Henry C. Reid & Son Jewelers.

It happened on November 6 around 4:00 p.m. Four men tried to enter the jewelry store on Elm Street. When they were denied access by an employee who locked the door quickly, one of them shattered a front display window with what looked like a sledge hammer. The suspect then reached in the window and stole three Rolex watches worth $55,000 in total.

All four suspects ran away and got into a Chevrolet Malibu with tinted windows and New York plate. Blood and skin tissue evidence was recovered at the scene.

Following investigation police arrested 33-year-old Roberto Grant (a k a “Roberto Cross” a k a “Berto”), 36-year-old Ronald McIntyre, 42-year-old Sean Robinson (a k a “Sean Vicks, a k a “Luca,” a k a “Luca Brasi”) and 35-year-old Allen Williams. All four were federally indicted, arrested and are in federal custody.

Police say 28-year-old Ralik Hansen (a k a “Ralik Taylor,” a k a “Rahlik,” a k a “Rah,” a k a “Ratchet”) is also a suspect in the robbery and is still at large. Hansen is wanted by the FBI and is considered armed and dangerous.

Police say these men were part of a multi-state robbery ring and are linked to similar smash-and-grabs from New Canaan to Virginia.
