Book Lover’s Corner: Refeathering the Empty Nest

WTNH– Licensed Psychotherapist Wendy Aronsson gives helpful advice for parents who are preparing for the departure of their youngest child as they head off to college.

She talks about her book “Refeathering the Empty Nest: Life After the Children Leave.”

She also discusses “the Shift” and its three stages, how parents can offset their emotions and how Baby Boomer parents are reacting differently.

There will be a book party at Richard’s in Greenwich on Tuesday night, May 6 from 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM. Viewers are welcomed to attend.
