NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) — Yuengling beer is coming back to Connecticut.

D.G. Yuengling & Son could be returning to the Nutmeg State as early as this summer.  Back in 1996 Yuengling consolidated its market and stopped selling in New England.

Established back in 1829, Yuengling is the oldest operating brewing company in the United States.

Yuengling has been given the green light to sell to any distributors in the state.
