Orange, Conn. (WTNH) – Police have charged a man from Orange with Breach of Peace and threatening in the second degree, after a neighbor says he threatened her.
On Tuesday, police met with a woman who says that Jan Marcus, threatened her after she talked to him about cleaning up after his dogs. Marcus who lies on Aspen Lane, allegedly threatened to shoot the woman. That woman called police who discovered during a records check, that Marcus has eleven firearms registered to him.
On Wednesday officers arrested Marcus and searched his home. Police tell News 8 that Marcus was cooperative and told cops where his firearms were located in his home.
Marcus was released on $25,000 bond and is due in Derby Superior Court on May 21st.
