Well-designed dance class combines all effective exercise elements: cardio, strength, flexibility, coordination, breathing, relaxation and mindfulness in movement. Research shows most of the benefits of exercise in pregnancy derive from cardio conditioning are reduction of risks for mom and improved development for baby.
