WTNH– Adrienne Doughty of Laughing Gull Energy Healing teaches us about laughter Yoga.

In Laughter Yoga, you laugh for “the health of it”. The Yoga part of Laughter Yoga is the breathing exercises along with the laughing exercises. Laughter Yoga has been proven to reduce pain, lower blood pressure and cortisol levels, boost immune system, and bring happiness and renewed joy in life.

Laughing at the New Age Fair on Sunday May 18 at the Keeney Center, Old Wethersfield, sponsored by the Astrological Society of CT. There will be a class on finding your passion and purpose on May 11 and 25 at Ada Rios store at 74 Park Rd, West Hartford.
