Man shot in front of Bridgeport home

BRIDGEPORT, Conn. (WTNH)– A 26-year-old man is in critical condition after getting shot in front of a Bridgeport home Sunday morning.

Police say Jamal Wiggins was standing with a group of people in front of the home at 423 Logon Street when two shooting began firing at them from across the street.

Evidence also indicated that one person from the group with Wiggins returned fire.

Wiggins was taken to Bridgeport Hospital by private car where he remains in critical condition.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Bridgeport police at 203-581-5250.
