New institute puts focus on the present

NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) — Today’s modern world is full of distractions. What if the key to happiness is keeping all those attention-grabbers in check?

That’s the idea behind a new institute set to open in West Hartford this September.

Dr. Brandon Nappi is the founder and executive director of the Copper Beech Institute. He talks about his venture on Nyberg.
