Police charged Gustave Meyers, who lives at the Lafayette Street home, with assault and breach of peace. He is expected to be in court today.

The 50-yer-old victim, who was not identified by police, suffered two non-life threatening stab wounds. A 20-year-old woman also suffered a cut to her hand, and a 21-year old man suffered other unspecified injuries. Their names were also not releases by police.

The victims and the suspect knew each other, police said.

Police evidence markers dotted the driveway of the home during the investigation. For a while this morning the road in front of that home was blocked off, but it’s now back open.

The scene is about a block from the Milford Green.
