Couple married near spreading wildfire out west

Bend, Oregon (WTNH) — A couple who tied the knot in Oregon decided to do it during a quickly spreading fire.

The fire was only six miles away, and firefighters wanted to evacuate the area. The wedding was initially cancelled, but the ceremony went on as scheduled. The bride and groom did have to wait 20 minutes, but they said it was well-worth it.

As the bride walked down the aisle, fire trucks arrived with their sirens blaring.

The couple’s photographer snapped an incredible photo, which has now gone viral.
