CHARLESTOWN, R.I. (WTNH) — A 1-year-old harp seal was released back into the wild Thursday after he was treated and nursed back to health at Mystic Aquarium.

Puck was released at Blue Shutters Beach in Charlestown, Rhode Island. In March, he was found on a beach, thin and dehydrated. Rocks were discovered stuck in his stomach.

He fully recovered from surgery and is now back in the open sea.
