CROMWELL, Conn. (AP/WTNH) — Connecticut Lt. Gov. Nancy Wyman helped kick off this week’s Travelers Championship golf tournament.

Wyman was one of the dignitaries taking part in the opening ceremony Monday morning at the TPC River Highlands course in Cromwell. The tournament begins Thursday, but there are many events scheduled throughout the week.
