Police: Man on scooter groped woman

DANBURY, Conn. (WTNH) — A Danbury man’s in police custody, accused of making inappropriate comments and even assaulting a woman in the downtown area.

29-year-old Jesse Schrack is being charged with sexual assault and breach of peace.

Police say, throughout the month of March, there were multiple complaints about a man on a scooter. He was accused of soliciting girls and women, even groping a victim. Witness descriptions led police to Schrack. He was arrested earlier this week after police spotted him walking in downtown Danbury.

Schrack is being held on $50,000 dollars bond.
