WTNH– Director of Education Greg DiNatale from The Edge Fitness Clubs talks about Summer Shape Up and the importance of combining proper food intake and proper exercise to get to your goals.
He talks about the importance of food intake in order to accomplish any weight loss goal, as well as the right foods to eat and when to eat them.
He also explains the importance of knowing how many calories you expend each day and how that makes losing weight easier and more efficient and the best exercises to perform in order to expend as much energy as possible in as little time as possible.
