FARMERS MARKET SALAD RECIPE:
Swiss Chard 1 Bunch
Spinach 1 Bunch
Arugula 1 Bunch
Radish Greens 3-4 ea
Radish 3-4 ea
Carrot Tops 10-12 ea
Cheese To Taste
Nuts To Taste
Seeds To Taste
Fruit To Taste
Lemon (juiced) 2 ea
Dijon Mustard 1 TB
XVO 8 oz
1. Wash and clean (de-stem) all greens – spin dry
2. Julienne all greens . (¼” strips).
3. Add any other ingredients you may wish.
4. Toss with lemon vinaigrette – Season with S+P
