Reward offered in 2011 killing

Albert Jenkins was shot and killed in New Haven on May 21, 2011.

NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) — Authorities are offering a $50,000 reward to try and solve a three-year-old New Haven homicide.

Albert Jenkins, who was 40-years-old, was shot and killed on Middletown Ave. near Poor John’s Pub on May 21, 2011.

No arrests have been made in the case.

The reward is offered for any information that leads to the arrest and conviction of whoever is responsible.

Anyone with information is asked to contact New Haven police detectives at 203-946-6304.
