Many rediscover Bridgeport’s Pleasure Beach

BRIDGEPORT, Conn ( WTNH) — Thousands flock to Pleasure Beach in Bridgeport for the first time in almost two decades.

Pleasure beach has been inaccessible for the past 20 years, and is located out on a 71 acre peninsula.

It’s estimated more than 1, 200 people came by water taxi this past weekend alone. You can now visit Pleasure Beach seven days a week from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
