Cocaine, gun in car leads to arrest

NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH)- New Haven police arrested a West Haven man after finding drugs and a gun in his car.

Police say they were pulling up to a parked car when the driver pulled away.

When police stopped the car, they found 25-year-old Marlon Gonzalez was driving, with a suspended license.

Police found marijuana, 45 grams of cocaine, a loaded hand gun, ski-mask, and bullets in the car.

Gonzalez was arrested and charged with weapons, narcotics, and motor vehicle violations.
