Conn. gas prices holding steady

NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) — The price of gas has remained steady throughout the state. In New Haven, prices have not moved in the last week.

The current average of regular unleaded is $3.962 a gallon. Yesterday it was $3.965 a gallon. That compares to $3.975 one week ago, $3.931 last month, and $3.914 this time last year.

Those numbers are according to GasBuddy’s daily survey of 229 gas stations in New Haven.

This compares with the national average that has fallen 3.7 cents per gallon in the last week to $3.61/g, according to gasoline price website
