Milford cops seek missing teen

MILFORD, Conn. (WTNH) — A local teenager has been reported missing, and police need your help.

Brittany Plona, 16, was reported missing to the Milford Police Department on July 14. “She was last seen at her residence at 973 Naugatuck Ave.,” police said.

Plona is described as a white female, 5 feet, 8 inches tall, weighing 145 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes. Brittany last contacted her father and said she was going to West Haven, police said. “She asked him why the Police were looking for her,” police said.

“Brittany may have dyed her hair a different color to avoid being located,” according to police.
