Naugatuck cops report vehicle break-ins

NAUGATUCK, Conn. (WTNH) — The Naugatuck Police Department received several reports of break-ins from unlocked vehicles over the past few nights in all areas of Naugatuck.
“All of the targeted vehicles were left unsecured and as a result were victimized by the perpetrator(s),” police said.
Police advised vehicle owners to always lock their vehicles and to remove valuables.
No suspect information was obtained, but car owners are asked to be vigilant and to report any suspicious activity to police immediately.
Anyone with information regarding these break-ins is asked to call Naugatuck police at 203-729-5221.
