Copper burglary nets 1 arrest

NORWICH, Conn. (WTNH) — Police in Norwich have arrested a suspect wanted in connection to a burglary.

The department received a complaint in which copper piping was taken from a vacant home on Joseph Perkins Road.

Witnesses helped them identify 29-year-old Eric Vic as the suspect.  They also found tools in the suspects car consistent with committing burglaries.

He’s been arrested with a variety of charges including burglary and larceny.
