STRATFORD, Conn. (WTNH) — Traffic was jammed for a couple of hours Friday on I-95 southbound in Stratford because of a tractor trailer accident.

The Connecticut Department of Transportation reports two trucks collided in the southbound lanes just before the Exit 30 ramps around 11:30 a.m. Traffic camera images showed the lanes blocked and several emergency vehicles on the scene.

It’s not clear yet what caused the trucks to collide. We don’t know if there are injuries to the drivers or anyone else. No other details are available from state police.

All lanes of the highway reopened around 1:45 p.m.
