Truck crash along I-95 in Old Saybrook

OLD SAYBROOK, Conn. (WTNH) — Traffic is down to one lane on I-95 northbound in Old Saybrook because of a truck crash.

A tractor-trailer has gone off the side of the highway at Exit 67. A flat-bed tow truck is also involved in the accident.

According to Old Saybrook Fire Department, one person was transported to the hospital. We don’t know the specific condition of that person.

State police have not commented yet on how the crash occurred. It’s unclear exactly when all the lanes of the highway will reopen.
