Darien man injured in motorcycle crash


GOSHEN, Conn. (WTNH) — A Darien man was flown to Hartford Hospital after crashing his motorcycle on Route 4 Tuesday.

Police said Thomas Lindsey was traveling west on Route 4 shortly before 4 p.m. when he lost control of his motorcycle for unknown reasons.

The road was closed for a few hours during the investigation and to allow Life Star to land. Police said he was expected to be okay and be released from the hospital Tuesday night. He was transported as a precaution, police said.
