Detectives ask for public’s help in 2001 missing child investigation

BRIDGEPORT, Conn. (WTNH) – Police are asking for the community’s help in the ongoing investigation into the disappearance of Bianca Lebron in 2001.

Lebron disappeared on Nov. 7, 2001.

“I believe there are people who have information that can help us,” said Det. John Burke, the lead investigator in the case. “We want to bring her home. The Police Department has not forgotten about Bianca. The community has not forgotten her. We need their help.”

Bianca was 10 years old when she disappeared. She is now 23. Detectives are asking anyone with information to contact Burke at 203-581-5183.
