These products are usually on your shopping list and are multipurpose you can eat or use on your body. These are easy recipes and they are chemical free. They are cheaper than products on your shelf.

DIY Natural Beauty Products:
• 1 cup Coffee Grinds or 1 cup Brown Sugar
• 1cup Olive Oil
• 1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
• Lemon Zest
In a bowl combine all ingredients mix well. Apply on body (do this before shaving) step into dry shower or tub. Use brush or exfoliating gloves for deeper exfoliating, for feet use pumice. Wash off with warm water, pat skin dry, apply moisturizer.

• 1 cup plain Greek Yogurt
• ½ cup honey
• ¼ cup oatmeal
Combine ingredients in a bowl. Apply to a clean dry face. Let mixture stay on face for 20 minutes. Wash off with warm water, pat skin dry, apply moisturizer.
Both honey and yogurt are anti-inflammatory. Yogurt refines your pours and both restores balance and tone to your face.
• 3 cups Apple Cider Vinegar
• 2 tablespoons Baking Soda
Mix 2cups ACV along with baking soda together in a bowl. Set leftover cup of ACV to the side. Part one, section hair into 4 sections, apply mixture directly to scalp. Rub in and let sit for 5 minutes. Shampoo as normal. For the final rinse pour left over Apple Cider Vinegar and follow up with a cold water rinse.

ACV is a natural cleansing agent. In addition, it neutralizes the pH levels on your scalp which can become very acidic from sweat etc. It also, seals the cuticle of your hair making it for your hair to reflect light and look shiny.
Moisturizing Deep Hair Mask
• 1 ripe Banana
• ½ ripe Avocado
• ½ cup olive or coconut oil
In a blender combine all ingredients. You can apply to hair before shampoo or after. Comb mixture from roots to ends and let sit on hair for at least 30 minutes, you can also add a hot towel so it can penetrate the hair deeply. Wash with warm water and style as usual.

Adds moisture to hair, and repairs and restores the cuticle. Makes her soft and bouncy.
• ¼ tsp coconut oil
• ¼ tsp baking soda
Combine mixture, place on toothbrush and use as you would toothpaste.

Product highlight- you can ingest this unlike toothpaste, coconut oil is anti-fungal and anti-bacterial and baking soda is odor absorbing and a natural abrasive.
• Aloe Vera juice
• Coconut oil
• Ice cube trays
Place aloe Vera juice in ice cube trays and freeze. Same with coconut oil. When suffering from an insect bite or sun burn or any inflammation, apply cube to area. Follow up with coconut cubes to apply both moisture and anti-bacterial flare-ups.

Aloe has properties that are also anti-inflammatory and the coconut oil adds moisturizers.
