(WTNH)– RV Crew/Educators Bridget Cabral and Nicki Rosenfeld from Maritime Aquarium introduce us to the animals of Long Island Sound.
The girls bring crabs, sea stars, snails and shells.
They talk about the hands-on approach to learning about Long Island Sound and its creatures during cruises and how offerings will be heightened by the new boat. Public Cruises offer year-round opportunities for learning. All ages and education levels are engaged during cruises from Grades 3 through college.
For the past 25 years, The Maritime Aquarium has been inspiring people of all ages to appreciate Long Island Sound and protect it for future generations. A vibrant and entertaining learning environment, it achieves this goal through living exhibits, marine science, and environmental education.
