Bristol woman punched, robbed

BRISTOL, Conn. (WTNH)– Bristol police searching for suspects after woman assaulted and robbed.

Police responded to the area of Vance Road in Bristol early in the morning on August 6th.

That’s where they found the 37-year-old victim, who said she was walking from her sister’s house on Davis Drive to her Uncle’s home on Vance Drive, when she was attacked by two men dressed in all black.

One of the attackers grabbed the victim by the hair, while the other punched her several times in the face. She also says she was cut on her right forearm with some sort of edged weapon.

The attackers made off with some cash and ran to the West on foot.

There are currently no suspects in the incident. If you have any information, you are asked to call Bristol police.
