Maritime Aquarium to hold study cruises on new boat

(WTNH)– Director of Education Tom Naiman, from The Maritime Aquarium, talks about the educational benefit of the new boat and the aquarium’s current and future programming during study cruises.

He explains the Maritime Aquarium’s educational mission and how public cruises meet the state education standards. He also talks learning different things during different seasons, such as animals during summer, fall and winter.

For the past 25 years, The Maritime Aquarium has been inspiring people of all ages to appreciate Long Island Sound and protect it for future generations. A vibrant and entertaining learning environment, it achieves this goal through living exhibits, marine science, and environmental education.
