Biden to hit Connecticut Wednesday

EAST HARTFORD, Conn. (WTNH) — Here is the schedule for the visit from Vice Pres. Joe Biden:

In the morning, Biden will travel to East Hartford.

At 12:30 p.m., Biden will visit Goodwin College for a roundtable discussion on workforce development and skills training. During the roundtable, the vice president will highlight the school’s Certified Production Technician program, a collaboration between small and large employers and local industry partners. Gov. Dannel P. Malloy will also attend.

Afterwards, Biden will travel to Greenwich. At 4 p.m., he will attend an event at a private residence for the Democratic Governors Association.

At 5:30 p.m., Biden will attend an event for the state Democratic Party at a private residence in Stamford, Connecticut. In the evening, Biden will return to Washington, DC.
