PLAINFIELD, Conn. (WTNH) — A Moosup man who allegedly hit a stone wall and rolled his pick-up truck Friday night is accused of driving under the influence.

Frederick Wrobel, 48, of Harris Road, is charged with DUI and failure to maintain an established lane. Police said Wrobel was headed east in Moosup Road in his 2006 Dodge 3500 pick-up when he left the road, hit a stone wall, flipped over and hit a tree, coming to rest upside down in the eastbound lane.

Wrobel refused medical attention, police said. He is scheduled to appear in Danielson Superior Court Sept. 8.
